Bear Paw Geo Design medallion Necklace. This beaded bear paw medallion necklace is made up of several shades of beige/peach, white, and turquoise, surrounded by black. The medallion piece is a bear paw cut out with an additional designs beaded inside the cut out and back with a black leather. Finished with a slate tone pinch clasp.

Our hand-stitched Medallion type Necklaces are created over several hours using size 11 seed beads. All of our Medallions are hand-sewn onto a beaded foundation with a layer of plastic and backed with leather for durability. This piece is also finished with the burnt bone pipe beads with matching stopper beads.
About the artist:
Rayne Pelham is the artist behind Grandmother Spider Design. A descendant of both the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska and White Earth band of Chippewa in Minnesota. One of many proud great grandchildren of Elizabeth Bender and Henry Roe Cloud.
The design studio's name is derived from the legend behind Rayne's Ojibwe (Chippewa) name. Given when she was one, she is also, Nah quay Wa bun in nee go quay; translated she is Catches the Morning Sunrise Woman, a name given in honor of the story of Grandmother Spider: underestimated for her size, her talent to create beauty with her detail was undeniable.
